ALCOA National Portfolio – Land and Buildings

Overview

ALCOA hired our team members to divest non-core assets that included 14 industrial, warehouse, and redevelopment properties located across eight states.

Strategy

We offered all of the properties through simultaneous eight-week regional, national, and partially international marketing and PR campaigns on an as-is-where-is basis with no contingencies to complete the sale of the entire portfolio in an accelerated time frame.

Results

The 12 properties sold for a total sale price of $20 million. ALCOA achieved both their pricing and timing goals.
