Jeff, who joined A&G in 2020, is a nationally recognized expert in providing accelerated sales and capital market solutions to complex real estate situations. He brings over 28 years’ experience in this sector, most recently as Executive Managing Director of the Special Situations Division at B6 Real Estate Advisors.

His entire career focus has been executing accelerated marketing programs of quality commercial and residential property for Fortune 500 Corporations, REITs, financial institutions, developers, non-profit and religious organizations, investors and wealthy private owners. Considered one of the most experienced executives in the real estate auction industry, Jeff has sold billions' worth of properties across almost every asset class.

A particular area of expertise has been executing commercial and residential portfolio sales, with Jeff conducting some of the largest portfolio auctions in the U.S. on behalf of major financial institutions. These have included a 340-property portfolio of one- to four-family homes.

In the bankruptcy and restructuring space, Jeff has represented debtors, secured creditors and trustees in both Chapter 11 and 7 proceedings throughout the U.S. He is a specialist in structuring creative accelerated marketing programs as a strategic workout solution between borrowers and lenders both in and out of court.

Jeff is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Turnaround Management Association and The Real Estate Board of New York.

Outside the office, Jeff enjoys playing ball and going to the beach with his three sons.

Katie joined A&G in 2020. With 18 years of experience in the accelerated real estate sales industry, she has participated in transactions that generated over $1 billion in revenues for properties from nearly every asset class on a national basis.

Prior to joining A&G, Katie acted as a partner and held senior business development, marketing and sales positions at industry-leading firms.

Over the course of her career, Katie has executed some of the largest and most high-profile sealed bid and live auction marketing and sales campaigns, representing Fortune 500 Corporations, REITs, various financial institutions, commercial and residential developers, non-profit and religious organizations, prominent private owners and estates. She has also represented Trustees, Debtors and Secured Creditors in numerous bankruptcy transactions. Top clients include ALCOA, American Greetings, Fortress Investments, Wells Fargo, the Brothers of the Holy Cross, Anne Beiler (founder of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels), and the Pritzker Family Estate.

Her notable transactions include the Connolly and NJ Affordable homes multifamily bankruptcy sales—two of the largest commercial portfolio sales in the Northeast; the Dowling College and College of New Rochelle campus sales; the Grand Summit condominium portfolio in Park City, UT, and the $43 million, 1000 S. Michigan development land sale in Chicago.

Based in New York, Katie is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association and IWIRC New York Chapters.

Jamie joined A&G in 2020 with nearly 20 years of real estate sales experience, compiling approximately $1 billion in transactions nationwide. His deals have covered nearly every asset class, utilizing various structured and accelerated disposition methods.

Jamie has sold multifamily, office, industrial, hospitality, golf course, development, retail and special use properties on behalf of high-profile clients such as JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Prudential, Wells Fargo, Northern Trust, Fifth Third Bank, ING/Clarion, iStar Financial, ALCOA, Tyco, Ameren, American Greetings, the State of Illinois, as well as Trustees, Debtors and Secured Creditors in numerous bankruptcy transactions.

Prior to joining A&G, Jamie held senior level positions at three national real estate firms, where he has been instrumental in implementing technological changes to the processes and methods of executing successful sales.

Based in A&G’s metro Chicago office, Jamie is actively involved in the Turnaround Management Association, holding numerous positions at both a chapter and global level. Additionally, he contributes his time to the National Kidney Foundation of Illinois, serving on the NexGen committee for the group’s Middle Market Open.

In his free time, Jamie enjoys spending time with his two children, as well as golfing, traveling and playing the bass in the Chicago cover band South of 80.

Christian joined A&G’s New York office in 2020. With over 20 years in real estate, he brings a diverse background as a lender, property developer/owner and broker with a focus on the restructuring aspect of the business.

Formerly a partner in a national real estate firm that specialized in structured accelerated sales, Christian has sold educational, multifamily, office, industrial, development, retail, luxury residential, and special use properties in and out of bankruptcy.

Christian is actively involved in the Turnaround Management Association and International Council of Shopping Centers.

Away from the office, the avid fly fisherman is a strong supporter of Trout Unlimited. In addition to his time on the water, he enjoys golfing, traveling and coaching soccer for his three boys.

Mike joined A&G in 2013. 

With decades of real estate experience, Mike’s key area of expertise is real estate advisory services, where he has achieved well over $1B in sales.

Clients of note include Office Depot, Toys”R”Us, Service Merchandise, Arthur Andersen, Pillowtex, and Frank’s Nursery & Crafts.

Prior to joining A&G, Mike was a Managing Director at DJM Realty and Keen Realty, specializing in real estate disposition, lease negotiation, and bankruptcy sales since 1993.

Mike is the former President of the Turnaround Management Association (Long Island Chapter) and a Member of the Sachem Central School District Board of Education.

Based in New York, Mike has served as a Deacon at his local church and has coached the football, wrestling, and lacrosse youth leagues in his community.

Doug joined A&G in 2020, bringing over  10 years of real estate experience, including eight during which he focused on restructuring and bankruptcy cases. Over the course of his career, he has  assisted  clients in a variety of sectors—including retail, hospitality, healthcare and recreation-- on  real estate analysis and dispositions as well as mitigation of leased space. 

Since joining A&G, he has played key roles in  the firm’s real estate advisory work for Ruth’s Chris and in the  GNC and Tuesday Morning Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations.

Prior to A&G, Doug was a Vice President at Keen-Summit Capital Partners since 2012, where he specialized in real estate disposition, lease negotiation and bankruptcy sales. Doug earned his MBA from George Washington University with a focus on real estate.

Based in New York, Doug is co-chair of the Turnaround Management Association’s NextGen Committee- NYC Chapter, and a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and International Council of Shopping Centers.

After long and successful careers in commercial real estate, Emilio Amendola and Andy Graiser co-founded A&G Real Estate Partners in 2012. Previously, in 1992, they founded and then later sold DJM Realty.

Emilio has a stellar reputation in the extended landlord community and is known for his ability to creatively solve highly complex problems in a manner respectful to all parties involved. 

Considered a real estate industry thought leader, his key areas of expertise include real estate dispositions, lease restructurings, facilitating growth opportunities, valuations, and acquisitions.  

With decades of experience, Emilio has worked with more than 550 clients and has generated successful outcomes for individual asset and portfolio sales, as well as lease mitigation projects, valued at more than $6B.

While Emilio has successfully represented many of the nation’s leading retail, restaurant, and education brands, recently, the clients he is most closely associated with include Fashion Bug, Dressbarn, Orchard Supply Hardware, Sports Authority, Toys”R”Us, ITT Educational Services, The College of New Rochelle, Sbarro, and CompUSA. 

Emilio is highly visible and involved with many key industry groups, including the International Council of Shopping Centers, the National Retail Federation, The City University of New York, and the Commercial Finance Association.

His philanthropy includes the Alzheimer’s Association, the American Heart Association, and the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation. 

Based in New York, when not maximizing value for his clients, Emilio can be found fishing, golfing, or enjoying a fine wine.
